Master
When a man starts as an apprentice and works his way up to a journeyman eventually he can become a master. On the right, it looks like the man is a master now and this is his shop. This shows that guilds can help you climb up the social ladder.

Money
In the middle of the picture you see people buying goods with money instead of trading. In the picture things cost money and you had to pay with coins, you couldn't trade. All most everything had to be re- made so that the price would be fair. Sadly guilds didn't change the social status of women, they got payed but less than men. As you can see the women are i the background working but when you first look at the picture you see the men.
Class
The Guilds basically made up the middle class. It was an opportunity for the peasants to make something of themselves. The shoe maker on the left could have been a peasant but is now is making himself a decent amount of money. This shows that you can climb up on the social ladder.
